SUMMARY:Spring Family Weekend
DESCRIPTION:The GFBF recognizes the roots of trauma from a burn injury\, whether an adult or child\, reach far beneath the surface of the individual experiencing the physical injury.  This weekend provides a unique opportunity for families to connect with others who share common experiences associated with burn trauma (both burn injured and non-burn injured) and acknowledges the voice of those who may not have experienced the physical burn injury but are closely connected to the trauma. We welcome attendees of all ages and leave the definition of family up to you! The only expectation is that someone attending the program sustained a burn injury\, but this individual can bring family of their own choosing\, young and old\, up to a total of five individuals. Please note: at least one legal parent/guardian must be present throughout the entire weekend if minors are present\, and they also assume full responsibility for supervising them at all times. \n  \nSpring application deadline is Monday March 27\, 2017. To apply\, click here!
